  Drop Your Drawers!   Have you heard the news?! The Pulaski County Public Library has partnered with the Family Resource Centers in Pulaski County to collect new, packaged underwear for our Elementary aged students. Our goal is to collect 2,000 pairs by December 31st, and we need your help to achieve this goal.

  Breakfast with Santa is Here!   On Saturday, December 8th we will have our annual Breakfast with Santa!! We will have Amon’s Donut Holes, Milk, Juice, Santa, Storytime & Songs! Plus you may take your own photos with Santa!

 Do you knit or crochet? We will be hosting a new Knit & Crochet Group in the Orwin History Room from 10:30am until 12:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of the month. Our first meeting will be Dec 10th. This will not be an instructional class but new knitters and crocheters are welcome to observe and join in. The group will resume after the first of the year on Jan 14th. Join us!

The Pulaski County Public Library began as one of many libraries that began as a Carnegie Library. Businessman & Philanthropist Andrew Carnegie established approximately 3,000 libraries in 47 states. In May 1907 the first Carnegie Library of Somerset was completed and dedicated.

Over the years, the Pulaski County Public Library has undergone many renovations, remodels, and moves, to what it currently is today.

None of this could be possible without the love, generosity, and support of the community that it holds dear.
