Lois Lenski Covey Grant Recipient!

We are so proud of our Bookmobile driver Raeann for receiving this grant! The purpose of this grant is to make books more available to at-risk children and youth. Which in turn helps to develop their passion for reading. Great job Raeann!

The Pulaski County Public Library began as one of many libraries that began as a Carnegie Library. Businessman & Philanthropist Andrew Carnegie established approximately 3,000 libraries in 47 states. In May 1907 the first Carnegie Library of Somerset was completed and dedicated.

Over the years, the Pulaski County Public Library has undergone many renovations, remodels, and moves, to what it currently is today.

None of this could be possible without the love, generosity, and support of the community that it holds dear.
